Get user identity images (admin)

https://api.vlenseg.com/api/DigitalIdentity/GetUserDigitalIdentityImages

Returns file names for stored ID and liveness images for a user identified by email or phone. Use GetStepImage to download each image. Requires admin bearer token.

Admin JWT from /api/credentials/Login. Required for admin operations.
