Change phone number invitation

Admins can invite a user to change their registered phone number.

  1. Grant the Change Phone Number Invitation permission to the roles that should send these invitations.
  2. On the Users page, send the invitation to the user.
  3. The invitation is emailed to the user, so the user’s email must be confirmed. The email is sent in English or Arabic.
  4. The user opens the link and confirms the new number with an SMS code (OTP). Users with a verified digital identity must also pass a face match against their stored biometric data.

The new number can’t be the same as the current number.

For the API and iframe side of this flow, see Change Phone Number Session.

Prevent new request on rejection

Prevent New Request On Rejection is a session permission you can set when creating an invitation. It is shown in the invitation and session details.

When it is enabled:

  • The user can’t start a new request for a contract type that was previously rejected for them.
  • Rejected requests no longer count as signed contracts.
  • If every allowed contract type is already signed or rejected, the session is treated as fulfilled.
