# Confirm payment and activate contract

POST https://api.vlenseg.com/api/BusinessRequest/CustomerSign/StepValidatePayment
Content-Type: application/json

Final step of the contract activation flow. Confirms payment and moves the contract to **Customer Signed** status.

If the request type has no payment configured (`hasPaymentCheckPerRequestFeature: false`), this step still completes the activation without processing a charge.
